Located in New York City, this penthouse project was realized in collaboration with architectural firm ODA and Annex Works. Designed as a serene metropolitan refuge, the residence merges structural rigor with soft, organic textures to create a cohesive luxury living space.

The interiors emphasize a harmonious, muted palette with tactile finishes, custom architectural millwork, and expansive glazing that frames sweeping city views. Private and social quarters flow effortlessly together, featuring tailored bedrooms with atmospheric lighting, spa-like primary bathrooms clad in natural stone, and open-plan living zones defined by refined, contemporary detailing.
