Located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this dynamic mixed-use residential project was realized in collaboration with architectural firm ODA and Annex Works. Rising high above the city with tapering sculptural forms, the development features a dramatic crown of light-filled homes and a sweeping urban plaza that acts as a lively catalyst for public activity.

The interiors draw inspiration from the surrounding rivers and canals, incorporating soft organic curves and fluid forms contrasted with rigid grid patterns. Expansive terraces, custom architectural millwork, and a rich, sun-inspired color palette create a sophisticated, resort-like urban sanctuary complete with lush pools, open-air social spaces, and panoramic views stretching to the ocean.
