Located on the Lower East Side of New York City, these condominium residences were realized in collaboration with architectural firm ODA and Annex Works. Positioned near the approach to the Williamsburg Bridge, the building's distinctive geometry maximizes natural light and corner views while capturing a lively sense of movement.

The interiors incorporate sculpted, organic materials and a fluid layout that responds to the vibrant neighborhood context. Expansive corner windows frame sweeping cityscapes, while hidden rear courtyards and private terraces create a serene, secluded oasis amidst the urban landscape.
