Located in Tribeca, New York City, these condominium residences were realized in collaboration with architectural firm ODA and Annex Works. Developed within landmarked structures, the project merges industrial heritage with refined modern living.

The interiors embrace a light, airy palette of off-white and beige, featuring exposed timber beams, white oak floors, and fluted glass steel doors that divide living quarters. The open-plan kitchens serve as social focal points with textured marble islands and lacquer-based cabinetry, while tranquil bathrooms incorporate natural stone tile and organic finishes to create a timeless urban sanctuary.
